Before going to participate in the IARI Recruitment 2016, just a quick reminder about the organisation functions and works in our site. IARI stands for Indian Agriculture Research Institute it is also called as Pusa Institute. IARI was started in 1905 at Pusa, Bihar with 30,000 pounds of generous grants from an American philanthropist, Mr. Henry Phipps, later this institute was names as agriculture research institute. IARI main functions are on five departments namely, Agriculture, Cattle Breeding, Chemistry, Economic Botany and Mycology later Bacteriology unit was added in 1907. Due to the earth quake on 15th January 1934, this institute was shifted to Delhi on 29th July 1936. At present, IARI institute has 20 divisions 5 multi-disciplinary centres in Delhi, 8 regional stations, 2 off-season Nurseries, 3 All India coordinated research projects and 10 national Centres are functioning              under all Indian coordinated research projects. Indian Agriculture Research Institute Online Application

To participate in the latest recruitment applicants must possess the bachelor degree from any recognised university for technical assistant and for technical the education qualification is 10th pass/ equivalent examination.  Aspirants’ age limit must be in between 18 years to 30 years. Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.250/- during the IARI Online Application process which is in the official site www.iari.res.in. Applicants should send the copy of application form (by taking print out) along with the DD/ pay order to the following postal address before the last date 5th February 2016. IARI Technician Vacancies

Aspirants who want to mark their name in the 110 IARI Technician Vacancies have to face the selection process of written test. There is no interview for IARI Recruitment 2016. Candidates are selected based on the written exam on objective type (general knowledge, general English, quantitative aptitude and questions from agriculture related). The qualified candidates will get the pay scale of Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20200 including the grade pay Rs. 2800/- per month.
