Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :-
To be responsible for the project administration and the production of project documentation, e.g. project plans.
To monitor and manage the project process and track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget. Report on these items to key stakeholders.
To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project.
To use best practice risk management, assessing risks in an informed and considered manner and to plan for the mitigation of these risks.
To run in-house projects on a day-to-day basis and take responsibility for their delivery using agile and more formal techniques as appropriate.
To draft and communicate with external customers and influence them for given action
Knowledge & Skills: Strong engagement, communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
Should have good documentation skills Word, Excel, Power Point
Ability to work with big/emerging and established brands
To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
To ensure systematic follow-up with the client
Acting like a consultant for Catalog improvements for team as well as clients
Should have knowledge about different Business Domains
Achieving weekly targets & will be responsible to control fatal errors
