Job Description:
The Technical Support Specialist’s role is to ensure proper operation of an online communication tool, so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve understanding the support requirement, provide hands-on help at the desktop level and/or escalate to the technical lead for resolutions, and follow through the closure and documentation process.
