Requirement: Production Support Engineer

Key expectations :

• Has to be ready to work on 24x5 rotational shifts.
•  Prompt response / acknowledgement for user queries
•  End to end ownership of production issues.
•  Provide a stable and efficient environment support.
•  Timely updates and escalations.
•  Work with multiple upstream and downstream teams to close all open issues.
•  Drive continuous improvement in the processes and use of resources

Skills - Essentia

•  Strong Unix skills including Shell scripting
•  SQL (Sybase, Oracle)
•  Autosys / Control-M or any other scheduling tool
•  Analytical reasoning
•  L2 and L3 support experience
